Orange Grape Cake

It is colder, cloudy and rainy with some moments of sun, but well as I am in Hamburg maybe except the temperature I did not really noticed any difference with summer. Macarons Capuccino !

But here it is the same problem as everywhere else, „how to success baking the shell?“. As you might know the key is he meringue, which is kind of a pretty tough pastry technic. So I showed them how to do that, an I must say it was pretty fun!

My Version of the cheesecake
