It ha been almost already 9 month that I did not write on my blog. 2016 has been a complicated year for me and I did not have the strenght and neither the discipline to write one article per week. But do not worry I did not lose the envy to bake and try new recipes. I guess it would have bee too hard not to bake anything. The choux buns is one of the must have of the French pastry ! One of these classic recipes that one cannot avoid.
